Vic Stalam, Vice President, Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer

Vic Stalam was named Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, in January 2001. Mr. Stalam is an Officer of the company and a member of the Leadership Team.

Mr. Stalam provides global leadership and direction to Kodak Polychrome Graphics strategic business planning and development strategies in order to broaden the company's leadership in the worldwide graphic arts marketplace and help build total workflow solutions. Areas of particular focus will include long-term business planning, digital technology development, industry relationships and trends, strategic business alliances and worldwide strategic marketing.

Mr. Stalam brings a wealth of graphic arts experience to his new position. He was most recently President and Chief Operating Officer of VIO North America and prior to that, he was Vice President, Marketing and Sales, of the digital printing company Xyan.com.

For seventeen years, Mr. Stalam was with Eastman Kodak Company. There he advanced rapidly through a succession of sales, marketing and senior management positions, including General Manager and Vice President - Digital Products and Systems, Kodak Professional Division; Director and Vice President - Integrated Imaging Solutions, Kodak Professional & Printing Imaging; Marketing and Sales Manager, Kodak Graphics Imaging Systems Division - Digital Color Proofing; and Marketing Manager, High Volume Printers, Kodak Copy Products Division. At Kodak, Mr. Stalam provided the leadership for the successful launch of several products such as the Lionheart digital printing system and the Approval digital color proofing system.

Mr. Stalam holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Osmania University, India, a M.S. degree in industrial engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA degree in marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
