Robert J. Tubbs, Senior Vice President, Administration and General Counsel

Bob Tubbs was promoted to Kodak Polychrome Graphics Senior Vice President, Administration and General Counsel in February 2002. Prior to that, he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since January 2000. Kodak Polychrome Graphics is the largest provider of high performing media and solutions to the graphic arts industry.

Mr. Tubbs brings an exceptional breadth of business experience to his position. Before joining the company, he was the executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Coltec Industries, Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to that, he practiced law in both corporate and private practice environments, developing his capabilities as a broad based business counselor. His career experience included thirteen years with the Olin Corporation in Stamford, Connecticut, seven years with the Westinghouse Electric Corporation and three years in private practice. Mr. Tubbs earned his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross College in 1969 and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1972. He is a member of both the American Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
