Helping our customers with environmental concerns and compliance is a major commitment at Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG). As a result, we have developed and are proud to introduce the Printer's Enviroservices Program (PEP). This incorporates a comprehensive mix of products, services, packaging initiatives, and equipment to help KPG customers meet their environmental, safety, and health objectives in a cost-effective manner. PEP WORKFLOW
The Environmental Solutions Department (ESD) can handle all customer related environmental issues. Request for environmental assistance can be made by simply calling the toll-free EnviroServices Hotline at (877) KPGraphics (877-574-7274) ext. 511 or contacting the Email Assistance Center at PEP@KPGraphics.com. If the solution is simple, it will be provided directly to the customer by ESD. For more complicated solutions, an on-site consultation visit by one of our highly qualified and experienced Regional Environmental Managers or EnviroPartners can be scheduled. This strategy will ensure that the highest quality environmental solutions are provided to KPG customers in a timely and cost effective manner.
PEP COST
Many valuable components of the Printer's Enviroservices Program will be provided absolutely FREE to KPG customers. The free services will include the EnviroServices Hotline, EnviroServices Email Assistance, 24 hour Medical Emergency Hotline, 24 Hour Spill Response Hotline, Recycling Programs, Chemical Sample Test Kits, Literature, and MSDS Customer Response Center services.
Whenever the implementation of an environmental solution involves a cost, the customer will be notified before proceeding. Written approval to proceed with the environmental solution will be required by ESD. Examples of chargeable items include the CEM program, silver recovery equipment, waste hauling services, neutralization equipment, evaporators, training, analytical services, and service contracts.
