RR DONNELLEY CHOOSES KPG'S REALTIMEPROOF TO POWER SHARESTREAM ONLINE PROOFING SOLUTION

SWOP-Certified ShareStream Leverages Core KPG online proofing Technology

Norwalk, Connecticut, USA - RR Donnelley's (NYSE: RRD) new ShareStream soft proofing solution is powered by Kodak Polychrome Graphics' (KPG) RealTimeProof technology, a 2003 GATF InterTech award winner. According to RR Donnelley, RealTimeProof was selected because it features the most advanced online proofing capabilities that would meet its customers' needs. The resulting solution, ShareStream, enables RR Donnelley's customers to have seamless, efficient and color accurate monitor-proofing workflows.

RR Donnelley worked closely with KPG to develop the new offering using RealTimeProof Partner. RealTimeProof Partner is a scalable, fast, web-based, full-resolution image streaming and proofing engine that can integrate seamlessly into any type of digital solution, such as digital asset management systems, job tracking or workflow management applications.
