Kodak’s Fullerton Named To NAPL Soderstrom Society

Rochester, NY, June 23 - Citing years of outstanding service to the industry, the National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) recently elected Steve Fullerton, director of trade relations, Kodak Graphic Communications Group, into its prestigious Walter E. Soderstrom Society.

Named for the late Walter E. Soderstrom, one of the founders of NAPL, the Soderstrom Society is an honors organization that provides industry leaders with the opportunity to exchange ideas, suggest improved practices, and recognize the contributions of their peers. Members include graphic communications firm owners, equipment manufacturers, consultants, and educators.

"The NAPL Soderstrom Society recognizes individuals who have made ongoing and comprehensive contributions to the advancement of the graphic communications industry," said Joseph P. Truncale, NAPL president and chief executive officer. "Given the leadership role of Kodak in general and Steve in particular, this honor is well placed and we are extremely pleased to welcome him into the Society."

As director of trade relations, Fullerton is an active participant in numerous industry organizations. His career in the printing industry started with 3M Company as a sales representative. Since then he has progressed through numerous positions of increasing responsibility in sales, product marketing, marketing communications, and sales management. A graduate of the University of Nebraska Omaha, Fullerton currently maintains an office at the Kodak Graphic Communications Group’s facility in Oakdale, MN.

The NAPL will formally induct Fullerton and seven others into the Soderstrom Society at an invitation-only dinner meeting on Saturday, September 10, 2005, at the Mid-America Club in Chicago.
